Vertical Roller Mills

The Vertical Roller Mills developed by AMCL Machinery Limited are based on technical knowhow from Nihon Cement Co. Ltd. Japan. These machines are used for substantial power saving and capacity enhancement in the field of Clinker and Rawmeal Grinding. We have over two decades of experience in supply and installations of Vertical Pre Grinding. We have supplied 30 Installations in India & Middle East.

Rubber And Tyre Machinery

AMCL's complete range of tyre building machines are manufactured to internationally accepted designs and have further been specifically matched to suit the Indian tyre Industry, thus ensuring consistently high productivity of quality tyres. These machines feature different controls such as Manual, Semi-Automatic with varying degrees of sophistication and details.

Three Lobe Blower

AMCL in collaboration with world leaders Unozawa-Gumi Iron works Ltd. of Japan, brings to India advanced technology to manufacture the most rugged and efficient industrial blowers. AMCL's Tri-Lobe design, positive displacement blowers work in the most exacting conditions with least vibration and noise ensuring constant volume discharge of oil free air/gas with high efficiency.

HFCG Roller Press

HFCG Roller Press developed by HCRDI and launched the first domestic roller press which has been successfully applied to industrial productions in 1989. By continuous research, combined with the experiences in applications over 20 years, IIIrd Generation HFCG series roller press with independent intellectual property right was launched in reasonable design, superior performance and high reliability. Today the total number of operating Roller Press is more than 1400 sets.

Separator

Cascading separator with double stage double flap valve is for primary coarse separation and High efficiency dynamic separator is for line separation.

Ball Mill

Shell supported Ball Mill of well proven design. Slide grinds all types of cement and similar products in open or closed circuit to any fineness required. Large throw-flow area ensures low pressure drop and simple maintenance. Various models as per capacity
